FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long does it take to produce & deliver my lanyard?
Usually, it takes about 10-14 working days for us to produce and deliver to you if you are in Klang Valley area. If you are not in the above mentioned areas, we will be using courier services. You may expect a slightly longer delivery timeframe.
What's the minimum order quantity for my lanyard?
The MOQ is 50 pcs.
Can I request for lanyard accessories that are not listed on your website?
Yes of course. Feel free to send us your request we are happy to customize for you.
Can I walk in to your show room to see your lanyard sample?
Yes, but you are advised to contact us before you walk for us to serve you better.
I don't have a lanyard design. Can you design for me?
Yes. Let us know your requirement and we are happy to design for you.
