MedaLAB, operated by Sports Events House, respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains how to request deletion of data held by MedaLAB, including any data associated with our applications that connect to the Meta Platform (Facebook and Instagram).

What data this covers

Our Meta-connected applications are used to manage our own MedaLAB Facebook Page and Instagram business account (publishing, comment moderation, and performance analytics). If you have interacted with us — for example by sending an enquiry, commenting, or messaging our accounts — and you would like the personal data we hold about you to be deleted, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to info [at] sportsevents.asia with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
2. Include the name, email, phone number, or social media handle you used to interact with us, so we can locate your data.
3. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion of your personal data within 30 days, and notify you once it is done, unless we are required to retain certain records by law.
